What is mental fitness?
Mental fitness measures your ability to become aware of your emotions and make conscious choices as to how you navigate life’s challenges and opportunities; with clarity, proactivity and positivity.
In other words, mental fitness measures the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage/prefrontal cortex) versus the negative ones (Saboteur/limbic (survival) brain).
This is called PQ® (Positive Intelligence Quotient), and through extensive research conducted across 500,000 participants, PQ® has been shown to be the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.
Offered as a part of our 6-month coaching engagements, the POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® operating system is our coaching process differentiator. We recognize that not all leaders will have the bandwidth to commit to a longer-term program. Therefore we also offer an 8-week mental fitness bootcamp for leaders who would like to get a head start to building the mental muscles needed to sustain positive change and thrive.

What’s involved?
Eight-week coach and app guided mental fitness training using the PQ® operating system, followed by 1:1 coaching bi-weekly
Everything DiSC Personality Assessment and debrief, with 45-min 1:1 coaching sessions
Daily app-guided mental fitness exercises
Optional weekly coach-facilitated pod sessions hosted for groups of up to 5 participants in a pod. This is part of the bootcamp
